With over 35 years' experience Patrick provides on-site Chief Financial Officer services on an as needed basis helping companies grow, improve profitability and increase cash flow.
Patrick graduated from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan with degrees in both Accounting and English. He began his career with Doeren Mayhew CPAs and Advisors working there for five years before moving into private industry. After working as a Controller for a manufacturing company Patrick assumed the role of CFO at a publicly traded company that he then partnered with private equity to both acquire and take private. That acquisition inspired decades of working to create, via acquisition or organically, over a half dozen different companies that were nurtured, grown and ultimately sold.
He has assisted companies in obtaining their ISO 9001 Certification and implemented the Balanced Scorecard system at a variety of companies. He has established international operations in Central and South America and opened offices in both Brazil and Costa Rica and was responsible for the financial and managerial operations of a company in China.
Recently Patrick was hired as CFO by a well-known multi-store athletic wear chain, with operations in Michigan, Illinois and Florida, to improve the company's operations and cash flow and ultimately to exit. He was able to increase cash flow, implement necessary solutions to improve profitability and operations and then guide the company through a very successful exit transition.

Patrick lives in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan with his wife Crissy, four of their six children and three dogs, Snoopy, Harvey and Rocket. In addition to his family he enjoys reading, motorcycle touring and oil painting.
