Mary has over twenty years of experience in financial management, leadership, and senior executive roles spanning diverse industries and high-growth organizations including healthcare, nonprofit, government and property management. Whether it be the CEO of Mental Health Association of Rochester/Monroe County or the CFO of Rochester’s Jewish Community Center, Mary has independently overseen strategic financial planning, budgeting, resource management and analysis while also leading the execution of improved processes and revenue growth.
As Chief Financial Officer, she played an integral role in overseeing key financial statements for executive leadership, comprehensively assessing and integrating 17 million dollars of fixed assets to ensure accurate depreciation. With strong operational roots, she closely collaborated with fellow staff to integrate new software and technology as well as optimize existing resources.
Before joining B2B CFO, Mary was the President & CEO of the Mental Health Association of Rochester/Monroe County. Mary tapped into her project management and financial acumen as well as her interpersonal skills.
