Led the restructuring of the sales force and territories, developed a new sales force commission plan and reviewed product/category gross margins, distribution costs and category profitability, these efforts led to a 13% improvement in orders and 8% increase in sales while improving profit by $7 Million.

Construction Company was suffering declining sales and profits. Closed unprofitable division. Put in place internal controls to support rapid growth. Commenced job costing and tracking and created job profitability tool.
