Minimum First Growth Capital eligibility requirements:

• Corporation or LLC headquartered or registered in United States
• In business for at least one year
• Business-to-Business (B2B) sales derived primarily from U.S. domestic business
• Industries covered include (but not limited to) manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and commercial service providers
• Annual B2B domestic sales ranging from $1 million to $100 million
• Subject to credit evaluation
