Craig is highly experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions and is a Certified M&A Advisor. Additionally Craig assists clients in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, cash management, debt reduction, profit improvement, contract negotiations, municipal relationships, labor negotiations and shareholder/owner value improvement. As a CFO, Craig has managed internal and external audit processes, risk management, information technology and human resource departments along with all finance and strategic planning activities. Craig received a B.S. in Accounting from Auburn University in 1988 and received his CPA in 1990. Craig is a group leader for Pro-Visors in the Bay Area. He served as treasurer and was on the executive board of directors of a large local Chamber of Commerce. Craig was a founding member of Christmas in April - Atlanta, a non-profit which rebuilds homes for elderly, disabled and disadvantaged homeowners in the City of Atlanta. Craig is a private pilot and enjoys hiking, mountain climbing and tennis. Craig resides in Petaluma with his wife of 26 years and has two grown daughters.
