Michael Woeber, CPA│Mike is a CPA and brings more than 20 years of public accounting and tax experience to CTA. Throughout his career, Mike has worked closely with top company executives on tax planning and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to CTA, Mike was a Partner at a public accounting firm in Huntsville, AL where he was responsible for creating and growing a specialized tax practice that helped clients claim more than $12M in research credits. Mike is also a frequent speaker on the benefits of the research credit.

Dawson L. Fercho│Dawson brings over 20 years of consulting experience working with the accounting industry and small to mid-size manufacturing, technology, and engineering clients. In his current role, he is responsible for all areas of client service as well as overseeing CTA’s marketing, business development and sales departments. Prior to CTA, Dawson held numerous senior level management and individual sales contributor roles with some of the largest technology and communication firms in the country. Dawson is also currently studying and testing for the national IRS Special Enrolled Tax Agent certification.
