Greg's diverse industry experience allows him to quickly analyze all aspects of the business to identify problem areas and develop solutions that work. His understanding of finance and operations allows him to develop the financial systems to support the company's operations. He possesses high-level skills in strategic business planning, establishment of operational/financial controls, transaction structuring, systems integration, human resources, and risk management. Greg has years of expertise in developing financial forecasts that have been used to raise capital and support business plans. In his most recent venture, his forecasts helped secure $22 million in venture capital financing for a start-up medical device company and a $45 million credit line for one of his current clients. Greg has been involved in numerous business acquisitions and possess the keen ability to dissect the legal language and make sure that the deal terms clearly state the intentions of the parties. Greg joined B2B CFO in 2007. He was confident that he could use his skills and experiences to assist the underserved mid-market companies that needed the experience of a CFO but could not afford one full-time. Greg holds a degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from Cal State University at Fullerton. He is active in his community and has held the position of Finance Chair for his children's private school and served as a board member of a local sports club. Greg and his wife of 38 years have three adult children and split their time living in in South Orange County and Austin Texas.
